A Brighton gallery showcasing collectable, affordable art, crafts and jewellery

Peter Spence Pink & Blue West Pier by Richard Marsh

Trained as a solicitor, a survival instructor and a silversmith, Frédérique Bailey has spent as much of her life in courtrooms and the wilderness as she has in art studios and galleries – an array of contrasting experiences that finally led her to combine business and art by opening her own gallery in one of the most iconic Brighton seafront locations, opposite the West Pier.

She displays and sells her own work, as well as that of emerging local artists, which she promotes with dedication. The gallery’s ever-changing collection includes ceramics, woodwork, textiles and paintings, which span all genres and techniques: acrylics, oil, abstract or figurative, sea, land or cityscapes, contemporary or primitive, quirky or inspired from the Masters.

The carefully curated collection is completed by unusual, high quality gifts that Frédérique sources to reflect the sea or the arts.
